Purpose and Application
- EzELISA TMB is an ELISA detection kit that includes a color reagent for HRP (TMB solution) and a stop solution.

Description
Easy operation
- Add 100 μL of TMB solution to each well after completing the antigen-antibody reaction and washing. Incubate for 5–30 minutes to allow color development.
→ The solution will turn blue. - Add 100 μL of STOP solution to each well.
→ The solution will turn yellow. - Measure the absorbance at 450 nm.
Absorbance Spectrum of EzELISA TMB
- When TMB solution is added and the enzymatic reaction begins, the solution turns blue, showing maximum absorbance at 370 nm and 652 nm.
- Upon addition of the stop solution, the reaction is terminated, and the color immediately shifts to yellow, with a peak absorbance at 450 nm.
