WSE-7023 EzProtein Ladder WB

Purpose and Application

  • Western Blotting Molecular Weight Marker

Features

  • Molecular weight standard containing IgG-binding sites

  • Detectable through interaction with labeled antibodies (e.g., HRP-conjugates or fluorescent dyes) by chemiluminescence, fluorescence, or chromogenic methods

  • Covers a wide molecular weight range with 10 bands (detected via antibody reaction)

  • Includes 4 pre-stained bands for easy visualization after transfer

  • Sharp, well-defined bands for reliable analysis

  • Ready to use – simply apply directly without preparation

  • Sufficient for approximately 50–100 applications (2.5–5 μL per well)

Data

Experimental Procedure

* Reacts with IgG from human, horse, bovine, pig, rat, mouse, rabbit, goat, sheep, hamster, and guinea pig.

Data

The left figure shows the detection of EzProtein Ladder WB and SMAD2 expression by Western blotting. EzProtein Ladder WB and HeLa cell lysate were separated by electrophoresis and transferred onto a low-fluorescence PVDF membrane (WSE-4061) using EzFastBlot HMW (WSE-7210). The membrane was then blocked with EzBlock CAS (AE-1477). The far-left image shows the PVDF membrane immediately after transfer. Thanks to the pre-stained bands in EzProtein Ladder WB, the transfer efficiency can be easily confirmed. After blocking, the membrane was probed with an anti-SMAD2 antibody, followed by the labeled secondary antibodies indicated in the figure. Detection was performed using either substrates for enzyme conjugates or fluorescence, and visualized with LuminoGraph II EM. This demonstrates that EzProtein Ladder WB can be detected through interaction with labeled antibodies, enabling colorimetric, chemiluminescent, or fluorescent detection, depending on the label used.
