AE-1340 EzStain AQua
Purpose and Application
- Detection of protein
Features
- Applicable to PAGE of proteins
- Absence of organic solvents and acetic acid reduces concern about waste liquid and bad smell
- Ready to use. Easily prepared only by pouring to the tray
- Staining time of only 30 to 120 minutes for detection
- Discoloration with distilled water results in nearly transparent background
- Sensitivity is up to several ng of protein per band
- A sample is available. Please request the sample through the “Contact Us” menu at the top.
Data
Sample: human transferrin 400 ng/lane (a series of two-fold dilution)
Common CBB stains after staining in 10 minutes, the band cannot see, but EzStain AQua can verify the band.
Detect limit of common CBB is 25 ng/lane
Detect limit of EzStain AQua is 6.2 ng/lane
Time saving, More sensitive staining solution, EzStain AQua
